Suggestion for Support.

Just a suggestion that support does not tell customers that they can plug the ATA into the POTS jack so they can have extensions in other rooms.
Luckily, a friend of mine that I finally got to sign up with VOIPo, was just told this by support, but he called me first.

They must explain that the customer must find the NID(sure), and unplug it before connecting or the possibility of ruining the ATA is high up on the scale.
In the past, other VOIP providers have included a brochure with some pictorial hookups, as I think that is the best way to go.
My friend's son, who will switch to VOIPo next month when his Comcast phone service expires, will experience the same thing.
