IDEA: Simulring answer inhibit.
A wild crazy idea.
If a Simulring number answers before X rings, drop that number and keep ringing the remaining numbers. That would be a way to weed out numbers that go straight to a Non-VOIPo voicemail.
I don't know if that would work ... but I thought I would voice it, in case its not so crazy.

But what if I pick up the phone right away on that number?
