Service hours phone, ticket
I was curious as to when the support hours start and end?
I see that live chat has the hours posted but not for phone and ticket support.
The reason I ask is that I put in 2 tickets yesterday, early, and have had no response yet. Usually they are very quick.
It would be nice to know this especially if there was a problem with the service and needed support on off hours.

Our sales & support center is open from 9AM-7PM Monday-Friday and closed on major US holidays.
Our system is monitored around the clock and engineers will correct any system-wide issues normally if they come up outside of these hours.
We do occasionally have support reps working on the weekends (if things are backed up or very busy for some reason), but only officially offer support during our official hours.

Thanks, I knew it was a holiday but just wanted to clarify this because I did receive a ticket response on a weekend already.
