Bugs on Call History page in FF and IE in customer CP

Specific to Firefox

When clicking on a hot-linked number (lower on the page) to display the call reference ID, the pop-up box is shown, but a 'top-of-page' is performed, so you have to scroll back down to see the box.

Specific to IE

When clicking on a hot-linked number to display the call reference ID...

• If the number is in the From column, the pop-up box appears transparent and is very difficult to read
• The CNAME lookup information is not displayed as it is in vPanel (this may be by design)
• Generates an error on the page (identified as 'Object required - Line 120, char 4')
