Does this need a ticket?

A call from a Beta Account to an 800 number was show money in the Call Record of $0.108

Call Reference ID: e86b1dbb-6d8a6c80@71.55.195.87

I thought 800 numbers were no charge?

Also Call Reference ID: fb8bdfe6-9b7c1c13@71.55.195.87 was $0.054 to an 877 number

No ticket update from support, but the Call History now reflects $0.000 for these calls.

I got the confirmation of this fix a bit after this post. Thanks VOIPo!
