Thinking about international calling.

Flat Fee Limited International Calling Minutes

• I would need access to a CVS listing of countries, and their rates.
• I would like to have User International Calling TEMPLATES
  to assign to each customer, to permit calls to certain destination.
• I want to block all other destinations.
• Knowing roughly the worst case cost per minute,
  I can customize an International calling plan.
• A standard plan would includes 60 countries for a prepaid amount and minutes.
• Additional templates would cater to custom needs at a custom pricing.
• This will not likely compete with By-The-Minute Plans,
  but it improves over no International Calling feature.
