Hardware Page

Under "Give Me Proxy Settings" it says this:

Is this normal? Also sometimes when I scroll my mouse over a "?" its in a totally different language.

I've wondered about that since the settings are on the account page.
Perhaps this is for a future soft phone option?
I understand the soft phone cannot do International Calling too.

Ive just never decided to say anything about it
