I'm confused, but might be missing something.
All the e-mails here seem to be to/from Future-Nine.
We show that your VOIPo account is paid through 2013, so nothing going on on our end.
It looks like the e-mails you attached are between you and Future Nine support and that they sent you the renewal notice, not VOIPo. Did you have a Future Nine number that you ported to VOIPo?
