How to access VM?

Hey Guys
how do I access VM from my phone? because I tried *123 and I get busy signal.

Have you tried 123? (or 123# to make it dial a little faster)

thanks fisamo that worked its little different from vonage so that is why I asked.

*123 should work. That's what I use. However, like you I get the occasional hiccup.

I usually omit the * but both should work.
I'll try the * for now and see if I ever run into a 'hiccup'.
The two choices were to make it more user friendly.
(I believe *123 is an alias for 123.)

Both are working equally fine here right now.
