A new customer of voipo... Want to use some of the features at VPanel but not able to find any documentation. For example, when I click a phone number in the call log, I can add it to my contacts list. However, what should I putin for "customer ID" and "phone type"? Another example is "Telemarketer Block". If I enabled it, do I need to define what numbers are from telemarketer?
When you find that doc, let us customers of some tenure know where it is.
does that mean I need to open a support ticket for every question I have?

There is suppose to be a redesign of the VPanel released in the near future. Hopefully, it will provide better guidance on how to use the Voipo features.
