Live chat and phone support has always stopped accepting new calls an hour before the helpdesk closes to give everyone time to complete any calls already in queue/in progress prior to the entire department closing.Quote:

I have emailed support on Friday afternoon and I received a reply prior to 5 PDT.
Either that, or get a better help desk vectoring system that is able to monitor average support call length and adjust the closing of the queues accordingly.Quote:
