porting to a virtual number

Hi,

I have a second number elsewhere that I like. Can you port numbers from other carriers to your account as a VIRTUAL number?

My primary number is in porting process from Google Voice, but I would like to bring in another as a VIRTUAL number (also from Google Voice). I know about the unlocking your number (and sometimes fees from Google), but I was wondering if this is possible from Voipo's side.
