Switch from monthly to yearly

Will there be an option in the CP to switch from a monthly plan to a yearly plan ?
Also, when I chose the yearly option for a VN, it showed a price of $50. Should it not be $24 ?

I'd like to know that one also. I can see no way in the current Express vpanel to make that type of change short of deleting the number and going for the temporarily available quick grab ability to get it under a different term.
