Call Waiting Caller ID Box that works with VOIPO

I use separate caller ID boxes and have been using BellSouth's CI-43 units for years with Vonage. Since switching to VOIPO, the unit's call waiting caller ID feature does not work (main caller ID works fine). VOIPO customer service told me I simply had to try different models until I found one that worked. Please let me know if anyone is using another model with call waiting caller ID successfully. Thanks.

I use a ClassCo VoiceAnnounce 9900CW that works fine for call-waiting with VOIPo.
