Need incoming call help ASAP..............

All of my incoming calls when answered have a busy signal. The caller just hears the phone continue to ring. I can call out fine, it just is all the incoming calls. This just started this evening. It has been working fine. I have tried all the usual rebooting and nothing has changed. My setup is: Cable modem > Grandstream > router.........

I tried just the modem and the grandstream without powering up the router and still same problem.
I have opened a ticket, just hoping someone else has had this issue and has solved it.
