Just moved. Now VOIPO does not work
Hello,
I just moved to a different state. I got my cable internet set up as before with all the same hardward, but I cannot make or receive calls. I did not change my number with VOIPO. I kept the same telephone number with VOIPO thinking it would be no problem to take with me to the new location.
No VOIPO support over the weekend. Can someone help me?

are all your device lights on? Including Phone lights?

Have you tried e-mailing support@voipo.com for assistance? We don't "officially" offer support on the weekends, but we do have limited e-mail support available on weekends.
