In the past, when I finished dialing, it would consistently take anywhere from one to six seconds before the call began ringing the other party. Now/in the past month, the ringing often happens almost immediately or one second after I finish dialing. I don’t know what has changed on VOIPo’s or related ends, but it is clear someone has fixed something recently—so I just want to say thank you!
