Configuring Call Forward and Failover Forward
Anyone having problems configuring these two fields via vPanel all of a sudden? I went in today to change the number (my cell) to my wifes cell -- and I received errors. I have opened a support ticket. Curious if anyone else can/has tried and can/can not make their account work?

I just changed both, saved them and then changed them back with no problem. Might have been SUE coming into play.

This should be fixed now.
Basically the number you were forwarding to was one where we didn't have the NPANXX in our DB so it didn't think it was a valid number. There's a lot of fraud with forwarding so the system tries to validate the destination numbers. Sorry for the trouble.

Some might feel like a ID-Ten-Tee for thinking it was user error :D
