    Anyone have any idea of the time frame for the ability to "permanetly" block Caller ID, and then unbock it on a per-call-basis with a * Function?

    I am a new customer and haven't done this, but I thought I read somewhere on here that you could open a ticket to have this enabled.

    no, you can open a ticket and have it enabled...but CANNOT unblock individually.
