    Default VM Dial-in # down?

I try to dial into the external #, 832-838-7000, and I get an "all circuits are busy" intercept message.

    Ray is working on MWI.

Let me make sure this is not related.

Looks like the VM server it was pointed to was being rebooted (not scheduled). Should be all set now.

I don't use the system VM but thought I would test it.

I get an immediate busy as soon as I finish dialing..I even rebooted my ATA to be sure.

Is this perhaps because I don't have a mailbox set up?

    Not likely.

I believe in your case, it's just because it's on-network. It's set to be called externally with 123 internally. We can add in the ability to call it on-net though, not sure why it's like that.

Hey guys, apparently this was just an issue with central02 users, all is well now, please do let us know if otherwise! Thank you.

    You were correct.

I am on central02 and the number goes right through now from my VOIPo line.

    Thanks..
