Voicemail Issues
I'm new to Voipo so hopefully someone can fill me in if this is just the way things work. To preface my issues, I have DND enabled to go to voicemail and all calls are coming in on my ViaTalk number which is forwarded to my Voipo virtual number.
- Users who leave a message, even if they are in the contacts (non-whitelisted of course), do not show custom caller ID information in the email message that I receive nor does the custom caller ID show in the call logs.
Just wondering if these are just how things work. Some of these may be due to the forwarding/virtual #, but I wasn't sure if that affected these services.

Reason: I resolved 2 of my issues regarding having a voicemail box for my virtual number. deleting this fixed 2 issues :)

This appears to be working as designed. I opened another thread to reflect a feature request to get this working properly. Hopefully others will agree that this is something that is needed.
