While this has always been included for residential accounts, we have never offered Caller ID Name lookups for VOIPo Express numbers and only passed it on if the upstream carrier passed the information.

All Express numbers now include free Caller ID Name Lookups.

If a name is not sent, we will look it up in the CNAM database and pass the name on with the call.

No additional configuration is needed for this and there is no additional charge.
