    Make Vonage an LNP to Virtual.
    Then upgrade the Vonage number on Line-2.

    Ok, I think I understand that. But, I assume that I am going to have to call support since that's not a typical thing.....

    So when I call, I tell them I want a new virtual number -- but the number I want is going to be a transfer from Vonage, right? (and then the upgrade thing I can do in the cpanel)

    Just call the support number and explain your situation. They will answer your questions and take care of you.

    Yes, Support Ticket (using vPanel or support@voipo.com) is your best approach.
