As a reseller, I'm worried about fraud also (don't want my prepaid account balance dwindling quickly some early Sunday morning). From what I've heard, international calling can potentially play a large role in the fraud arena.
That said, would it be possible to...
- Have an additional option in the 'access template' area to allow or not allow international calling for a particular template
- Track international minute usage separately, and thus offer an additional 'allowed international minute usage' on the 'account - usage limit' screen (i.e. the default overall account minute usage could be 500, but we could set the default international minute usage to something like 60 or 120).
