After creating an account in the reseller CP via 'Accounts - Create Account', any information placed in the 'Account Notes' field (the last field on the form) is not retained after pressing the 'Create Account' button.
I've recently created two accounts via this method, and when returning to the accounts (via 'Accounts - <click on username>', the Account Notes field is blank.
If you populate/modify the 'Account Notes' field on an existing account and click 'Modify Account', it appears the information IS retained at that point.
