The actual Reseller inventory is much more robust than Residential Virtual Number selection. Not complaining at all. Just noticing.

Yes, we pushed out new inventory to residential order form and reseller today. The other areas will get it this week too.
It's also structured better where you don't need to choose an area code. Some cities with multiple area codes but only inventory in one of them were causing issues since people didn't think we had any in the entire city since it required them to select an area code. The new one is just State - City and it combines 3 of our carriers with APIs + our internal inventory all into one nice mix.
Very nice.
One thing I've noticed, though, is that the list of numbers available for a rate center is sometimes different when adding a virtual number as opposed to creating a new account. In general, creating a new account has fewer numbers available. When the 'Create Account' command is used, are all of the APIs being queried properly?
This morning the list is tiny for Canada on new accounts.
For Virtual, Canada fell off the grid! (Just looking)
