Problems with calls to northern VA

Just came clear -- let's see how it holds up.

By the way, it was calls into and out of the 973 area code, to and from 877 numbers. No Dial Tone.

Although my VPanel device screen shows that I am on Central, my PAP2 proxy is actually going to East.

Maybe that's why I haven't had any problems during this outage??
