the phones connected to the ata ring
my sip softphone does not ring even though it is registered with voipo.
note that this lack of ringing on the softphone only occurs when it is connected to the same network that the ata is on. when it is connected to another network it rings fine. i opened port 5060 on my router firewall for tcp and udp for my softphone device (android based cell phone), but it didnt help.
