Default No Devices Registered in VPanel

My VPanel says that no devices are registered for either line. However, both lines are working normally, and the PAP2 shows that it is in fact registered. Anyone else seeing this?

Also, is there an easy way to see what server my device is registering to (other than sniffing the IP address and doing a reverse DNS lookup)? The server doesn't appear in VPanel any more.

Same here. I don't think it matters if the phone is working.

I see it too. I noticed it right after I had Verizon make some configuration changes on my service, so I figured I broke it. Calls still work in and out, so maybe it's not my fault.

Do not fear... this is simply a "display" issue and is being corrected.

Thanks, Brandon. I figured as much. Isn't there supposed to be a new version of VPanel coming soon?

This should now be resolved -- please let me know if otherwise, thanks guys!

P.S. in regards to the new VPanel version we are constantly striving to make the customers experience and control as easy as possible.

Brandon, you could run for political office using vague answers like that.
I'm guessing it means that you can't say anything about a VPanel update.

Sure...maybe she could campaign for Brandon like she is doing for McCain.
