    Default CID anomaly

    Anyone else noticing this..

Beginning yesterday, no changes on my side, I began receiving all the CID numbers with a 1 in front. Never saw this before...just wondered if anyone else is seeing this before I start digging..

    Thanks....

Yup, I'm seeing it as well, but I don't care, either way is fine to me.

It appears calls that are local as defined by the area code(s) have the 1 and calls that are not in the local area codes do not have the 1. Seems like it should be the other way around if the 1 is now going to show up.

The call records in the VPanel screen do not show the 1's. That has not changed...only with the CID sent to the phone.

Anyone have issues when a call comes through it sets your time off 1 hour? I have to keep setting my cordless phone system's time to the correct time, as soon as I get a call the time goes back 1 hour. I opened a support ticket but so far no luck.

I have just got my device in the mail, after setting it up and making some test calls to configure voice mail, I have also noticed the 1 in front of all numbers. Not and issue for me, but I do see the same as you.

Hey guys, please advise if you are not now receiving calls in the normal 10 digit format, thanks!

I've trried out a few calls today (as well as got a few) and all those now have returned to the usual 10 digit CID.

Can you elaborate on what changed to cause the problem?
