    We are seeing network issues connecting to our webserver. Our datacenter is working to restore network access to. This is web access only.

    Too many service providers are trying to use Twitter et al for posting real time status.

    My employer, and many other Fortune 1000 employers, block/ban such social web site domains inside their firewalls for security reasons. They even block email servers such as Google and Yahoo.

    Many use WebSense to filter by proxy DNS.
