    Default Service issues

My service was down at about 9am. After the reboot adpater says its online and the Devices pages shows me connected, but incoming calls are going to voicemail and the phones are ringing 10-15 seconds later.

Even Yesterday evening I had problems answering incoming calls. Even if we answer, calls were going to voicemail.

Any body else having issues right now?

    Thanks

Only 2 tickets in last 6 hours so everything looks quiet on our end.

We'll look to see if we can find any issues.

Internet was fine - after all this computer that created the above post is a desktop connected to the RT31P2. In my case, what I did was power-cycled just the RT31P2. Don't how long I was down - discovered it when I tried to call a toll-free number and got no dial tone. So I guess it "lost" registration for some reason?

I just heard from the wife that she too has experienced some issues with the phone this morning
    my wish list:
    1. Intelligent Call Forwarding that detects the incoming call originated from the "forwarded" phone and rings the original destination instead
    2. Call History that makes use of CallerID/Custom CallerID+Location. Call History only shows Custom CallerId+Loc. No CNAM look up; Albeitly,it's a step in the right direction!
    3. Scheduled sim. ring with a twist (see wish #1)

I have been having the same problem since yesterday morning. In coming calls immediately go to Voice Mail (our phone rings but when picked up is dead air).

On several instances both the Phone LEDs went off and there was no service and I would have to recycle the PAP2T

I have followed the power recycle procedures by turning all units off, waiting five minutes and then sequentially applying power to the DSL modem, Router and PAP2T. But still no luck.

    I have a ticket open.
    Hopefully, it will be resolved.
