RT31P2 are not made new anymore.
VOIPo ATAs can be previously used, but they are to be returned if you cancel the service.

I know usa2k about this whole thing. But my question is voipo using used or brand new ata's?
We use a mix of new and used hardware.
Whenever possible, we recycle hardware (from cancellations, etc) in order to keep hardware costs low.
We've also purchased a ton of hardware from VoIP companies that have gone out of business. As an example, most of the RT31P2s came from the defunct AOL VoIP division (which is why the model number is RT31P2-AL).
This is one of the reasons we're able to offer free leases on hardware with all residential accounts.
Models we use:
Linksys PAP2T
Linksys RT31P2
Grandstream HT502

Other than VOIPo, any recommendations where we can purchase the Linksys PAP2T adapter wholesale?
Ooops - I see in an earlier post suggestions . . .

Also check out www.voipdw.com as they usually have great prices and are a solid vendor.
