Some additional steps that you might want to employ. Use a single cell for each markup value, in this case 0.09 and 0.02. Then have the other cells point to the master values. That way you can change the master cell and your whole spreadsheet will change.

And if you want to go one step further, you can then "hide" your calculation columns and use the resulting sheet to create a printable list of rates, or export for use in a database.
