Scheduling question

I believe there are issues with this screen (yes, I see it's beta) which caused the wife a great deal of grief yesterday due to my first attempt at using it on Monday night, but I thought I'd start a (hopefully) simple question in the hope that it all user error on my part.

Say you want do not disturb to be in place from tonight (Wednesday night) 10 pm to tomorrow 8 am. How do you create a scheduled task?

I would partition it by a 24 hour day - I know it works that way. So for example:

Wednesday start 10PM end 11:59 PM
Thursday start 12:00 AM end 8 AM
