I would love something like this.
Also, I still hope to see a dollar amount limit option along with the current minute limit method. I have customers that make a lot of outbound toll free calls, and they count against their minute plans, which is not ideal.

Just sending the reseller an alert would be a big help. Then we could take whatever action we desired, such as alerting customer.
Another option that I've been asking for, would be simply a better "summary" page, showing the current domestic and int'l usage, plus the limit settings.
This would still require manually browsing, but it could be done very quickly if it was all visible on a single summary page.
I'm talking about being able to see this for all accounts without having to drill into each customer's status page.
