We have corrected an issue where calls to virtual numbers were not going to voicemail correctly and bypassing some routing rules.

Can everyone with a virtual number please confirm that it is working correctly and report any other problems with them?

If it is a standard virtual number, it should just route to your main number and follow the rules you have setup for your main number.

If you have enabled a private voicemail box for the virtual number, it will use that voicemail box instead.
