Blinking red light on ata ??

My phone has no dial tone for two days and I am not receiving calls or can make them . I have tried the standard turning off ever thing many time with no results. I can get internet service over my dry loop Verizon telephone line.
Only the first 2 lights on the ATA light with the first light blinking red which appears to be some kind of code. Is there a code with these lights on the ATA

Make sure the adapter is plugged in fully and into a working power source. If still flashing red, that means the device has died. If that's the case, contact support@voipo.com for assistance and replacement.
