Grandstream devide broadcasting DNS

I'm having issues starting today where the Grandstream device is broadcasting DNS on my home network. It is behind the router and has been working fine until today. It started saying that it was the DNS, and all of the network attached devices are erroneously using it as DNS. Removing power from the phone adapter and rebooting the other devices fixed them. Please advise of any changes made recently to device configurations.

Make sure the WAN port of your grandstream is plugged into the LAN of your network.

Turn off the DHCP server on the Grandstream unit.
