    Default Whitelist

I really would like to see a Call Route help page.

My issue is that I marked '877*******' as 'disconnected'. But my insurance company calls from an 877 number, so I marked them as 'whitelist'. What takes precedence? Are whitelist entries processed first? Does it depend on the order of the call route list?

I've got a claim outstanding with my insurance, so I guess I'll find out soon enough. I'd rather they call my cell phone anyway, so it's not really important to me. But it does make me curious and I'm wondering if anyone has experience with this.

If you are uncertain, send all calls to VM, and whitelist the one you want to get through. Once you know they can get through, then switch the rest to "disconnected".

I expect whitelist always take priority.
I also found that most calls routed to VM do not result in messages being left.

I send all unknown calls to VM, then allow certain numbers and local area codes to ring through. No toll-free numbers ring my phone. If something is important, I expect a message to be left. At least that works well for me.
