Is calling between extension billed?

As simple as it sounds.... if I call from one extension to another on the same PBX account, is that billable? I don't believe that should be a billable call but need to confirm.

On a related but separate note, does voipo bill for calls between voipo customers? I'm assuming the answer to this one is "yes".

Calls that stay within your PBX (extension to extension) are not billable. Calls to regular phone numbers that go off the PBX are.
