I have virtual number but do not see option in vpanel to assign it to second line.

We offer a 2nd line, but it's a cloned/rollover line that uses the main number.

We don't offer the option to make it dedicated to a virtual number. You could always upgrade the virtual number to a full line and we could assign it to that point if you want.

The default configuration is for a cloned/rollover line though which is just a clone of the main port.
