Thanks for bringing this stupid-moment of mine to my attention. It wasn't clear to me even after reading the notes over and over again. It took a few days, but support finally answered me and I smacked my head against the wall.
Extensive testing shows this now works, but see my other post about the problems I've had with Caller-ID. Maybe I'm wrong, and maybe my focus group clients are wrong, but it doesn't work the way we expected.
