I am using a Grandstream GXP1400 very successfully on VoipO, but can't get call blocking (*67) to work.
Support told me that calling features such as *67 are not available on BYOD phones.
Have others found this to be true?

Yes, it does work on BYOD. You just have to make sure your ATA/IP phone is not handling these star codes themselves (client side). The star codes must be handled by Voipo (server side) in order for it to work properly. I'm only familiar with Linksys/Cisco ATA's (PAP2T, SPA2102, SPA112) and don't know anything about Grandstream products, so I'm unable to help you figure it out.

If you go to page 55 of the manual it says "Enable Call Features" is "On" by default, you need to turn it off by selecting "No"
its under "Account x -> Call Settings"
