No help?
My phone number was ported over to VOIPo today (though I didn't get the promised email announcing it). I had a problem getting the device working and called their help line at about 3:55 CT. I got a recording saying they were too busy and weren't accepting calls. I tried their chat service, and got a similar message. I kept trying for the next hour, always with the same results. I was hesitant to make the switch to VOIPo because of their limited help hours, but now it appears one can't contact them even during those hours! Is this SOP for VOIPo? Have others had the same problem?
