Sorry to hear about that. Sometimes users in live chat get into very very long chats when we're doing remote sessions into their computer for them and it backs up.
For the fastest and most efficient support, I always recommend e-mailing support@voipo.com because most of our best and most experienced employees work tickets/e-mail excessively and do not take calls/chats.
New employees start on phones and live chat and are eventually promoted into tickets.
