Accessing New Messages

It seems I get the stutter dialtone. When I dial the 123 It says to hit 1 for new messages.
i cannot retieve new messages

Me too, more of a beep, beep type tone though.
I am using the Zoom device though, going to reset it to Zoom firmware before getting into it any more.

this should be another quick fix for the grandstream devices... if you have a grandstream provisioned by us... please try rebooting your device and try again.

for other ATAs please make sure that the ATA is set up to send DTMF as rfc2833
