    Default Outbound call routes - foward to extension

    Is it possible to create a speed dial that includes an extension #?

    eg: Dial 888 # when it answer dial extension then '#'

    Joe, not sure I understand your question. Are you using a PBX system with extensions? If so, you would likely be able to setup speed dial for extensions, but that would be more of a function of your system and phones, rather than VOIPo.

    I think I understand the question, and believe the answer is "no". Call routes are not exactly like speed dials on a phone that send tones and can have pauses.

    Right, I am trying to call an 800 # and then dial a pass code eg:

    800-555-1212 <answer> 1#12345#.

    Unfortunately that's not supported due to the nature of our system. With analog phone it sends on digit at a time and you can "delay" sending a digit, but with our system the entire number is passed at once.
