Maybe I missed it, but I was looking in the vPanel to see what (if any) email address I had listed for my Residential account. I could not find the account profile page, where you'd put in contact information, billing information, etc. I realize that you're going to go live with a commercial billing platform running separately from vPanel; is that why the Profile page didn't show up?
The question came up when I was thinking about outgoing FAX notification status. (See FAX thread.)
