    Default Incoming Call Recording

I am trying to get call recording setup. I'm able to get outbound call recording to work but I'm not having any success on the incoming calls. I've entered two cell phone numbers in the incoming call field both of which are mine and are both on the AT&T network and neither is recorded when I call in from them. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Do you use Simultaneous Ring by chance? Those are 2 features that are not able to be used at a the same time.

no. I'm not using Simultaneous Ring but I am using the sip server feature with a softphone app on my iphone. Could that be affecting it?

Please email me directly (brandon@voipo.com) your account username as well as the example phone number(s) upon an incoming call that should be recording. Thanks!
